Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We understand that plans change. You may request a refund for Ayurvedic consultations as follows:

Consultation Refund Terms

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • No refund for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours.
  • In case of technical issues, we may rebook or issue a refund after review.

  • Cancellations accepted if requested within 12 hours of order placement.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
