Vamana (Therapeutic Vomiting):
Purpose: Removes excess Kapha dosha along with toxins from nose, ears, mouth, head, sinus cavities, throat, etc.Benefits:Balances doshas promote respiratory health, and enhance digestion.
Virechana (Therapeutic Purgation):
Purpose:Pitta impurities and toxins from the small intestine, as the result of Pitta predominance.Benefits: Good for liver detoxification and digestion, supports healthy skin and general health maintenance.
Basti (Therapeutic Enema):
Purpose: Cleanses and maintains healthy excretion which balances Vata dosha.Benefits: Helps in digestion, benefits joints as well as reduces nerves anxiety.
Nasya (Nasal Administration):
